History of the beginning...

Scotty Nesbitt
Born and raised in southern California, Scotty grew up on the
shores of Newport Beach, CA. Surrounded by grass roots clothing companies
catering to the emerging surf culture/beach scene, Scotty knew early
on the lifestyle of surfing and beach life is where he wanted to be.
Scotty began surfing himself before age 10 and continues today with
passion and a driving force of a dream to live, work and play in paradise.
Never settling for less, he always dreamed of creating his own company
in which he could work, play and travel the world in search of a lifestyle
outside of what many consider average. Many different jobs over the
years influenced him, including professional musician, surf wear rep,
food services and entrepreneur. The constant thought of “surf
lifestyle” and needing to be around the beach kept Scotty’s
dream alive. Fast forward to saying “No Worrys” for over
two decades and therein lies the spark of the brand name and clothing
line which would become the path to fulfill his lifelong vision.
In 1998, after many years of traveling through Mexico living the dream,
No Worrys became reality. Assisted by long-time friend Aaron Hodges,
they brought down some t-shirts printed with “No Worrys Cabo”,
created for one of their many summer surf trips to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Soon everyone they met in Cabo while wearing those shirts was asking
where to buy them. In July of 1999, the first of the No Worrys stores
opened in downtown Cabo.
Scotty runs the day to day operations of No Worrys from Cabo San Lucas
and spends many a day traveling between the stores in Cancun and Maui
with his chocolate lab “Bear”always by his side. And of
course...he lives the dream of working, living and playing in paradise!

Aaron Hodges
Born in socal, raised in Newport Beach and currently residing in Newport
Beach and Cabo San Lucas. A diehard surfer and sun seeker who fell in
love with the Baja peninsula in the late seventies. Spent many years
surfing Baja California and also fell in love with Cabo San Lucas while
on many trips driving up and down the peninsula. Bought a parcel of
land in Cabo in 1998 with long time friend and surf pal, Scotty Nesbitt.
Both Aaron and Scotty have since built homes side by side in Cabo fulfilling
a lifelong dream of calling Cabo San Lucas home. While during construction
of their homes and on a summer surf trip, they thought of something
that would add fun to their new life in Cabo. With Scotty's idea of
a brand name and their idea to offer quality clothing that was fashioned
more from California's surfing background, they believed it could be
done better than the standard cheap tourist shirt that neither of them
would ever be caught dead wearing! After the success of that trip where
t-shirts were brought down to give away, the idea was real and it wouldn't
be long until they would open the first store. A conversation about
surf and dreams over cold beer turned into a small store opening on
the back roads to the current location today on the main blvd. of Cabo.
A complete clothing line and the brand name, 'No Worrys' was officially
born. While Aaron owns and operates a real estate escrow company in
California, he divides his time between Mexico, California and Hawaii
in an effort to grow the real estate business as well as fulfill the
passion and excitement of expanding all of No Worrys locations and beyond!

Todd Gibb
Born an raised in socal, currently residing in Costa Mesa, Ca. and traveling
between No Worrys locations.
Raised in the beach and music scene of socal, Todd gravitated to working
in the industry. With more than a decade of experience in the screen
printing industry, Todd has worked with some of the biggest sportswear
companies in the world. He is also an accomplished graphic designer
with an advertising and marketing background that has been based out
of the surfwear, sportswear mecca Orange County, Ca. Todd teamed with
long time music friend Scotty Nesbitt in 1999 to compliment Scotty in
forming the No Worrys brand. His experience and passion only adds to
the strength of No Worrys.
Todd has been an entrepreneur since his teens and also owns and operates
Boss Industries based out of Santa Ana, Ca. Boss is a leading supplier
to many large companies such as Paul Frank, Geffen and Interscope records
with stickers, decals, posters and signs. His working knowledge and
contacts solidifies a intregal part of the future growth of No Worrys.
Todd and his wonderful wife Jessica are actively involved in community
groups and charities. When they find time, they enjoy going to concerts
and clubs as well as entertaining there crazy Italian Greyhounds.

Ron Martin
Ron Martin came to Yuma, Az in 1961 as part of a military family. He
was taught at a young age by his mother the value of hard work and honesty.
His father was killed in vietnam in 1969 and left 7 kids at home. They
were a tight knit family raised by their mother Maxine. Ron bought his
first home at the age of 19 and built his first home at the age of 21.
By the age of 25, he had aquired 8 homes. Real estate has always been
a passion for Ron. In 1974, Ron went to work in the plumbing supply
business and thrived in that business as well. In 1989, Ron formed his
own company called RAM Pipe and Supply, Inc. Over 15 years he grew the
company to more than 13 million in annual sales and recently sold it
in 2005 to Hughes Supply, Inc.
Ron also was instumental in starting 1st Bank Yuma and has been very
active in growing the bank too. He is the only original director who
has never missed a board meeting to highlight some of the passion that
drives Ron.
Over the last decade, Ron continued in real estate by building commercial
buildings totaling over 220,000 square feet of warehouse space. He did
this with a couple of close friends and manages these properties in
his spare time.
Ron was recognized by the US Dept of Defence for organizing Operational
Desert Shield Home Front Support during Operational Desert Sheild. This
organization performed more than $150,000 worth of services for loved
ones left behind while the troops were away. God bless them. Supporting
this country also has always been a passion of Ron's.
In the last 15 years, Ron has sponsored and donated gifts and charities
totaling 1.5 million dollars. The latest being his Yuma Community Foundation
gift of more than $700,000 including a $100,000 start to the Stewart
Vincent Wolfe Memorial Park to be built in February 2007 as well as
a $600,000 sports complex donated to the local high school in support
of another local hero to Yuma, Az. Ron truly does believe in giving
back and supporting his wonderful city and country.
Ron fell in love with Cabo many years ago and has visited Cabo many
times since. One such trip around 2002, Ron entered the No Worrys store
on the main blvd. of Cabo. Ron saw potential in the brand name No Worrys,
style of store and over all feel of what was being offered. After meeting
Scotty, becoming a friend and many trips later since then, Ron asked
to be involved and Scotty invited Ron to help grow the No Worrys brand
bigger and better. In 2005, Ron became a partner and brings with him
the passion, experience and same mutual business values that all partners
share.
Ron is married to his wonderful wife Stepanie. She gives him support
to be the man he is today. He also has 4 great children.
The why?
Why not! Work and business is only work and business so, why not make
it what you dream and live life to the fullest and keep it fun, simple
and most of all...No Worrys All Day All Nite! ®
The who's who?
Together the four partners of No Worrys share a mutual dream and a strong
passion to grow the No Worrys brand as a celebration of life is short,
have fun, keep it real and to always 'enjoy the lifestyle'. tm The four
partners all have similar but yet different backgrounds that not only
compliment each others strengths and weaknesses but they also share
the same ideal never to compromise or sacrafice their integrity in business.
With multiple stores today and many more planned they continue the journey
of expanding the No Worrys brand beyond retail clothing with no end
in site. As long as there are dreams and passion there will always be
No Worrys All Day All Nite. ®
